Every order goes out from our fulfillment partner. Order before 1 PM your time and it ships the same day — next business day otherwise.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping runs 3–4 business days. Rush shipping gets it there in 1–2. Orders over $150 ship rush for free.
What's your return policy?
If it's unworn, unwashed, and still has the tags on, send it back within 30 days for a full refund. We cover the return label — no cost to you.
Do you ship outside the US?
Right now we ship within the US and Canada. Expanding further is on our roadmap — join our list and we'll let you know the moment that changes.
Are these actually your own designs?
Yes. Every piece is drafted in our own studio. We don't buy blank catalog product and slap a logo on it.
Each drop is a limited run. Once a size or color sells out, it's gone for good — we move on to the next one instead of restocking.
Every product page has a fit guide with a simple "if you normally wear X, get Y" breakdown. Still not sure? Email us and we'll help you match it to something you already own.
Can you put my company's logo on your gear?
Yes — custom embroidery or print starts at 50 units per style. Email wholesale@spellrlabs.com with what you need and we'll send over pricing.
